We’re excited to welcome Noah back to Team VPA for his fourth year on the team.
Noah has been vegan for about five years, a journey that began almost by accident. After taking on a Veganuary challenge one year, he simply never stopped. What started as a short-term experiment quickly became a lifestyle that aligned with how he wanted to live, train, and fuel his body.
Athletically, Noah enjoys keeping things dynamic. He currently focuses on mid-distance running, building speed and strength while staying consistent and curious in his training. More recently, he has added CrossFit into the mix, embracing the challenge of functional strength, intensity, and variety alongside his endurance work.
Like many endurance athletes, Noah has a running joke with himself about triathlon. Every year he says he wants to do one, and every year the idea sticks around just enough to feel inevitable. Whether this is the year or not, his openness to new challenges is part of what makes his journey so relatable.
As Noah enters his fourth year on Team VPA, he continues to represent what this community is about. Consistency over perfection, curiosity over pressure, and proving that a vegan lifestyle supports strength, endurance, and enjoyment in sport.
